Outdoor Life: Beyond The Roar

A Whitewater hunt in the Yukon tests the limits of a canoe-and its occupants. Beyond the Roar is a long-form feature designed for Outdoor Life as part of their enhanced features initiative.

The goal was to evoke the grander and wilderness of the Yukon while telling an intimate tale of three friends. The design incorporated textures, custom sidebars and graphics to accomplish this. I welcome everyone to enjoy this feature.

The deliverables were created with Sketch, Abode Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator. Prototyped in InVision.
